This tier provides eyes on, 7 by24, performance/error monitoring of your systems. At this level of service your business users will enjoy less performance degradation and down time while allowing your in-house personnel to apply their specialized business knowledge to strategic planning initiatives. Breeze-CG personnel will monitor your install base and notify your personnel of negative trends or issues potentially before they are noticeable to your end users. Your DBA personnel will continue to have the opportunity to handle these items to resolution thereby ensuring their full involvement in the systems they manage.

This tier provides all the benefits of the 7/24 monitoring but adds a bundle of routine maintenance activities to the package. These range of maintenance activities can be chosen from our packaged bundles or chosen ala carte to meet your particular needs. Services include: backup, cloning, patching, compression, reorganization, statistics maintenance and others.
